Meet Val! ❤️

Val has been part of the Red Canyon Cafe family since 2020, and when she’s not at the cafe, there’s a good chance she’s off exploring somewhere new! 🌎✈️ Her most recent adventure took her all the way to Morocco.

Originally from Gypsum, Colorado, Val loves getting creative in her free time. She’s crafty, enjoys sewing and even makes her own clothes! 🧵 She also loves taking her dogs paddleboarding. 🐶🏄‍♀️

Meet Kaylie! ☀️

Kaylie has been part of the Red Canyon Cafe family for 1 year. Originally from Nebraska, she loves spending her spring and fall seasons here in beautiful Eagle, Colorado.

When she’s not at the cafe, you’ll likely find her behind the camera capturing beautiful moments, hiking mountain trails, going for a run, or backcountry skinning. 📸🥾🏃‍♀️🎿

✨ TEAM SPOTLIGHT: ISAIAS (IZZI) ✨

Meet Isaias, better known around here as Izzi- the heart behind the delicious meals coming out of our kitchen.

Izzi has been part of the Red Canyon Cafe family for an incredible 15 years and is originally from Zacatecas, Mexico.

When he’s not in the kitchen, you’ll usually find him fishing or relaxing by the lake with his family. 🎣🌅

A few of his favorites:
☕ Favorite Drink: Iced Abuelita Coffee
🌯 Favorite Food: The Gran Velasco as a burrito
