We’ve decided that the impending spring weather calls for a change up. We’re moving away from burgers for a while and are going to be running a Tiki event starting on Wednesday this coming week! We’ll be featuring some fun food items like Loko Moko, which features a smoked hamburger patty with gravy and a fried egg over white rice. Trust us, it rules. There’ll also be killer shareables like Bahn Mi sliders, shrimp skewers and a passionfruit tres leches for dessert.

Obviously there have to be some serious cocktails, and we’ve got them in spades. Heavy hitters like a Zombie and a Lost Lake will be joined by the light and playful Saturn or a rum old fashioned if you’re feeling something that’s more singularly spirit driven. We’re hoping to at least run this menu through Friday, but when an item is gone it’s gone, so come early and bring some friends to share with!

Since we've had interest expressed in our burger event, we're opening it up to Wednesday and Thursday of the next two weeks as well so that people can fit it into their schedules. We'll probably play with some different topping combos and maybe a different side or two, so stay tuned for updates in April!

Next Wednesday and Thursday, the 25th and 26th, we’ll be making room on the flat top for burger nights! We’re bringing back our smashburger from last summer, featuring our burger sauce and American cheese, and we’re also reaching back into the archives to trot out the Red Jacket burger again. We’ll be doing it smashburger style as well, topped with our barbecue sauce, bleu cheese and grilled onions.

In addition to the burgers, we’re going to have some fun shareable sides like hand cut truffle fries, half orders of our onion rings and grilled broccolini with romesco. We’ll also be offering Floyd’s Deluxe Lager draft pours for $2 with a burger, or a selection of fantastic IPAs for $4. Get out of the house and come have a blast with us!

Given the early arrival of the annual St. Patrick's Day blizzard in the Keweenaw, we've decided to run our St. Patty's cocktail special all weekend. Erina loves Irish whisky, so we're featuring the Blackthorn, a close relative of the Manhattan with the addition of an absinthe rinse.

We're planning to be open normal hours today and Saturday, but we're monitoring the weather like everyone else is for Sunday and Monday. If there are any changes to our schedule, we'll be posting it here. Also, if you currently have reservations and decide thar you want to bail at any point, just email us at [email protected] and we'll be happy to reschedule or cancel you. We don't live here because we're adverse to some snow, so take a minute to throw some snowballs at each other and try to enjoy the weather as best you can.

FedEx came through in a pinch and got our oysters in despite a bump in the road thanks to some nasty weather in the Midwest, so we'll be selling these beauties tomorrow!

We've also got a winter cocktail menu refresh, which includes this martini riff featuring toasted rice and a black tea shrub. Certified banger, no notes.
