On September 30th, Chef Aaron Schropp & W**e Director Brian Patterson invite you to STALK Steakhouse Stalk Steakhouse for one of our most ambitious w**e dinners yet — an intimate evening celebrating the 50th anniversary of the historic 1976 Judgment of Paris and the extraordinary w**es of Chateau Montelena.

Presented in partnership with Brown Jug Alaska and featuring Emily Zegar of **es, this dinner brings together two things at the heart of STALK: serious food and serious w**e.

Each summer, the hanging baskets that welcome you to Stalk are grown locally by our friends at P & M Garden Services Inc right here in Eagle River! Thanks to their care and expertise, the flowers are nurtured in a temperature and humidity controlled environment, allowing them to reach their full beauty and bloom throughout the season.

It’s one of the many ways we invest in creating an experience that feels thoughtful from the moment you arrive. From the flowers outside our doors to the meals served inside, we’re grateful to partner with local businesses like PNM Gardens as well as Meredith at Oopsie Daisy Florist, whose talent and support help make Stalk what it is.
