Today we have small batches of:
Sweet & Smoky Dry Rubbed Ribs
Honey BBQ Smoked Wings
Grilled B**r Brats ( stone ground mustard & Sauerkraut on request)
Sliced Brisket (Very Low on quantity)
Pulled Pork
Along with today’s sides:
Tater Salad, Mac & Cheese, Baked Beans, Coleslaw & Fried Okra!

The Wings & Brisket have been Flying Off the Shelves!! Get em before they’re gone!!

I will be running the same special tomorrow Monday/Labor Day!

What a beautiful Sunday we’re having!! Hopefully everyone is out soaking in as much sun as they can!!
With the State Fair still going on, I’m still only making smaller batches of BBQ.

Looks like today is an All Porky Kind of Day! Sorry, no Brisket today, it’ll be back on the board tomorrow (Monday 8/31/26)

Today I did up some Pork Belly Burnt Ends, Pulled Pork, Alaskan Smoked Sausage Links, along with some Grilled Corn on the Cob and Baked Taters!

Don’t forget to snag some Fried Okra!!

Gooooooood Afternoon Facebook Land!!

Such a beautiful day it turned out to be!! ☀️

It is Dino Rib Wednesday!!! We’ve got several racks of some giant, tender beef ribs!!

Along with Dino Rib Wednesday we also have some Big ‘ol Briskets and Pulled Pork available today!!

Happy Rainy Tuesday!!!

I made a huge rookie mistake so we will be very low on Sliced Brisket & Pulled Pork today but we do have several pounds available, just not a lot!

I’ve got some beautiful, Massive Briskets on deck for tomorrow’s service!

I did up a few batches of Regular & Louisiana Hot Alaskan Sausage Links for today!

To mark the 25th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks on our country, to remember all those lost, and to celebrate the heroism that emerged in the wake of the events; our Post will host a small ceremony and will provide a barbecue meal catered by Bless Your Heart BBQ . We will also be obtaining a special permit to open up our bar sales so that we can invite all Law Enforcement, Fire Fighters, and other first responders to partake in the event.

Happy Sunday BBQ Fans!!

Today I did up small batches of:
Sliced Brisket, Pulled Pork, 1/4lb smoked meatballs, and Dry Rubbed Pork Ribs.
Along with a small batch of Grilled Corn on the Cob and some Large Baked Taters!

Since today is the 1st sunny day of the State Fair I didn’t do a whole lot of Ribs so they are 1st come 1st served.

We’re open now till 9pm tonight.

*if you go out to the fair be sure to swing by our friends over at Wild Smoke on the Red Trail for a mess of delicious sauces and rubs!!

It’s Dino Rib Wednesday!!

I have 2 different batches today, 2 racks are noticeably smaller than normal so we are discounting those ones down today!

We do have limited amounts of Brisket & Pulled Pork today as well.

Saturday & Sunday I’ll do up some Grilled Corn on the Cob & Tater Salad! Stay tuned for Sundays smoke!
