Our final week is here.
It’s hard to find the words… but this chapter of Bamos Grill is coming to a close.

What started as a dream from one family turned into something bigger than we ever imagined, a place filled with laughter, late nights, shared meals, and community. We built this with our hearts, our families, and all of you. Every order, every plate, every kind word and full belly… it meant everything.

We’ve poured our souls into Bamos, and saying goodbye is one of the hardest things we’ve had to do. But we want this last week to be full of joy, love, and gratitude. Come through, say what’s up, grab your favorite plate one last time, and let’s celebrate everything Bamos was and always will be in our hearts. 🤍

To Our Amazing Bamos Grill ‘Ohana,

With full hearts (and maybe a few tears), we’re announcing the closure of our brick-and-mortar location in Eagle Mountain. This has been more than a restaurant—it’s been a family-run dream, built on love, late nights, island flavors, and the support of an incredible community.

From the very first plate to the last musubi, you helped turn our little dream into something unforgettable.

We are SO grateful for every plate you ordered, every cookie you raved about, and every kind word you shared.

But don’t count us out just yet… 👀🌴
We’re already cooking up something new—think wheels, grills, and island vibes on the go. That’s right, a Bamos food truck might be rolling your way soon!

We thank the for the opportunity to grow and plant our roots here in Eagle Mountain. We will be doing one last big celebration on July 19th, let's go out with a bang. More info to come.
