The person behind BonjourCrêpes! My mom will always leave a legacy for us. I almost gave up the Crêpe business, lack of knowledges and money. She was there telling me : I'm your 1st Fan, keep going on, Don't give up! I believe in YOU!
Her plan was to help me to expand Bonjour Crêpes start in 2026. Without her I can't do but I know she is with me all the time.
