Open for lunch and dinner seven days a week, this family owned restaurant offers the largest variety of authentic Korean food in Minnesota. When Dining at Hoban, you can enjoy your meal with a variety of small side dishes called ′Banchan′, the most representative Korean food being Kimchee. Korean food is largely based on rice, noodles, vegetables, and meats, including beef, pork, chicken, and seafood. Korean food has an assortment of flavors that range from mild to very spicy.
