The Rolling Pin LLC A French Pastry shop that specializes in handmade french pastries that are perfect for any type of event. Here is a little background on the owner, Brad.

He is a graduate in Culinary Arts from Delgado in New Orleans. He is also a graduate of Pastry Arts from L'Academie de Cuisine in Gaithersburg, Maryland. He did an internship at the Ritz Carlton at Tysons Corner, Virginia, where he later worked full time as an Assistant Pastry Chef for 2 years. He later moved back to Lafayette, and started working at Poupart's Bakery for the last 7 years. He opened The Rolling Pin, LLC in January 2016.

- Must be available to work early mornings
- Available Wednesdays-Saturdays and holiday times
- Bakery/Cake Decorating experience is preferred.
- Being able to read and execute basic recipes is required
- Pay will be determined by experience
- Must be a detail oriented individual and able to multi task while maintaining a clean work station
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
- Must be able to lift 50lb and be ok with long hours on your feet

Today’s going to be an amazing day at Lafayette Farmers and Artisans Market!!

I couldn’t wait until Tuesday to launch our newest mousse cake the Latte Bean!!! I got up early and was able to get a limited amount finished up for today’s market.

We will be at the market from 8-12 and then will have our showcase open at the shop from 1-4 this afternoon.
