Zeppoli with fennel pollen sugar and chai honey. Traditionally, these light-as-air fried balls are stuffed with cream, but Chef Samantha Greene combines ricotta with flour, eggs and sugar for the most decadent dough. Once deep fried, they're topped with a Fernet-Branca caramel.
