We’ve got another standout pick pouring this week with “Country Kitchen.”

Aged 9 years and bottled at 55% ABV from Warehouse Tyrone G, floor 4, this one layers Luxardo cherry, lemon bar, sweet oak, and chocolate with hints of candied ginger and a velvety mouthfeel, finishing medium and perfectly balanced.

For this week’s Whiskey Wednesday we’re pouring Gran Reserva 21 Year Rum Cask Finish, a Speyside single malt matured for 21 years in American oak and finished in hand selected Caribbean rum casks.

Bringing notes of vanilla, ripe fruit, toffee, warm spice, ginger, and oak with a long, dry finish, this one is smooth and approachable.

For this week’s Whiskey Wednesday we’re pouring a Texas Single Barrel Bourbon, a bold, full-flavored pick selected by Master Distiller Dennis Todd.

Aged 3 years in the Texas heat out in Hye, this 94 proof bourbon leans into big oak, butterscotch, and vanilla, with a pronounced nose and a rich, sweet oak profile.
