Day One

Day One Day One is a pop-up restaurant that takes over Ninth Street Bakery once a week, Saturday nights, 5:0 Why Day One? He specializes in Jewish breads and pastry.

We serve an eclectic, always changing menu that contains no animals or animal products. Because every weekend we get to re-birth this restaurant. Also, "Day One" (1997) is one of the greatest "posse cuts" in rap history, and Matt and Ari are big hip hop heads ( ). About Matt Props: Matt Props is a vegan culinary-trained chef who has worked in kitchens in Columbus, Oakland, San Francisco, and

Durham. Most recently, he is chef at Ninth Street Bakery and runs their weekday vegan specials menu. About Ari Berenbaum: Ari Berenbaum is owner of Berenbaum's Bakery (http://blog.berenbaums.com/), a weekly bakestand that operates on Hunt Street Saturday mornings near the Durham Farmer's Market. Where Do I Park? You can park in any of the spots in the lot that surrounds Ninth Street Bakery (enclosed by a tan brick wall). There is no towing from that lot on Saturday nights.
