We’ve gotten nothing but great feedback about the food we bring to our events — and we appreciate every single compliment.

Truth is, we’re becoming one of the few food vendors left still showing up with REAL food.

Real smokers. Real fire. Real BBQ.

Not pulled pork getting warmed up in a plastic bag and dumped in a pan. 😂🐷🔥

We’ve always believed the extra work matters, and judging by what you guys tell us every weekend… apparently you can taste the difference.

For 2027, we’re planning to structure our event schedule a little differently. We’re NOT talking about replacing the events we already do — we’re talking about adding some new ones.

So maybe we let YOU guys help decide where Piggin’ Out rolls into next.

If you’re one of those wild people walking around the Durham fair in the rain looking for us… we’re sorry! 😂🌧️

We had to make a last-minute decision to completely break down our equipment and tent for the remainder of the weekend.

We’ve been doing this long enough to know when it’s time to make the tough call, and with the weather, we knew this was the best decision for our crew and our equipment.

And a HUGE thank you to everyone who snapped photos of Piggin’ Out this weekend and shared them with us. We love seeing the fair through your eyes, and we appreciate every single one of you who came out, supported us, tagged us, and sent those memories our way. ❤️🐷

Our newest smoker is already getting cut, welded, and modified. 🔥🐷

Is it a beast? Nope—it’s already been unanimously declared too small. 😂

But we’re reinforcing it, improving the airflow, and making every inch work harder. Around here, even the “small” smoker gets built to handle a Piggin’ Out workload.

Bethlehem Fair CT update:

Yesterday was BRUTAL.
Barely served anybody. Just a couple hundred people standing around our trailer wondering if we sold food. 😂 (if you missed the sarcasm,, yall absolutely had us slammed busy!)

Now today it’s raining a little, so apparently Mother Nature saw yesterday’s line and said “absolutely the hell not.”

Too bad. We brought smokers, meat, and zero common sense. We’re serving anyway. 😂🔥🐷

Last day!! Rain jacket. Mud boots. Bad decisions.
