🎶🍕🍻The Phoebes are gonna be rockin out at The Glass Jug Beer Lab - RTP’s Beer Garden Concert Series THIS Saturday! Vic’s Pizza Food truck will be serving the best pies in town, and our outdoor bar will be open, slinging our most popular beers right next to the stage!

(We expect a full house, so consider bringing your own lawn chairs or blankets as tables will go quickly. Or, get here early to beat the crowd, grab a beer and a picnic table. If our parking lot is full, overflow parking is available at the business complex next door. Just head between True Flavors and SpeeDee Oil Change Center to access the next parking lot.) Our newest in our Batch series - Batch 371 American IPA at 6.2% ABV - is out now! This is our first beer utilizing (a ton of) Krush hops, a new hop variety that debuted in 2024, known for an intense, complex fruit-forward profile, featuring mango, guava, peach, and orange notes with a resinous undertone. While this has a moderate bitterness level, we ran a hopping regimen similar to our hazies, with a huge hop addition of Krush and Citra in the whirlpool at a reduced temperature to extract more flavor and aroma, along with two dry hopping charges of Krush and Amarillo hops. The result is a super light-bodied, straw-colored, moderately bitter IPA with just a boatload of tropical hop flavor - mango, guava, and orange all really pop.

Our summer Peach Ginger Beer is here! We brew our Original gluten-free Ginger Beer - with all real ingredients (no natural or artificial flavors added), then it undergoes a secondary fermentation on pureed peaches (and a little apricot). Harper’s Peach Ginger Beer finishes at the same level of measured sweetness as our Original ginger beer, but has a slightly higher sweetness due to the peaches, which play a perfect contrasting role with the ginger spice and lemon tartness, really tying it all together.

🌞🌛✨🍻Meet Celestial Kölsch - available now on tap only at both locations! This Kölsch-Style Ale hits at 5.2% ABV and is an ale/lager hybrid beer - light, crisp, and refreshing with a subtle hop presence and character from the German Hallertau Mittlefruh hops. It’s a light and easy-drinking beer that is slightly less crisp than a Pilsner, but with more hop character and less body than a Helles. The balance of the light esters from the German ale yeast with the fruitiness of the hops creates a very nice, nuanced complexity in an otherwise quite simple beer. Brewed with Pilsner Malt from Epiphany Craft Malt right here in Durham. Try one today!

You do not want to miss Raleigh’s finest early 80’s and New Wave band playing favorites hits from The Police, The Clash, Talking Heads, Duran Duran and other classics from the era.

Plus we’ll have the tasty Vic’s Pizza food truck ready to serve the appetite you work up from dancing!
