Laetitia has been with Sushiōki® since we opened our doors in 2018, and she has played an enormous role in making Sushiōki® what it is today.

She knows every recipe by heart, and if you’ve ever taken a bite of something at Sushiōki® and thought, “Wow, that’s good!”—there’s a very good chance Laetitia had something to do with creating that flavor. ❤️

Her knowledge, dedication, and incredible palate have helped shape the food we’ve served our customers for more than eight years.
