We're excited to present our new cocktails menu!

🌟Yukiguni “Snow Country”- a sugar rim tames the tangy cloud inside, leaving you satisfied and thankful for a sweet contrast. The green cherry does little to impart flavor, but its dye makes for a beautiful green gradient that paints a tree covered snowscape.

🌟Mizuwari “To cut with water”- a semi-sweet, complex and golden drink that may make even the most skeptical of tonic nay-sayers reconsider their stance.

🌟Gimlet Highball- an aromatic drink that appeals to a broader demographic because of its balanced, refreshing, crisp and clean taste.

🌟Bamboo- with warm and spicy notes from the sherry and vermouth, this drink is an excellent way to start or finish a meal.

These drinks aligns with our concept more harmoniously. We hope you get a chance to try them out soon!

The acidity of the wine gives balance to the meal and allows it to be versatile to the various ingredients of our dishes. We have added four new selections to enhance your dining experience!

✨Marguet “Shaman” Blanc: blend of pinot noir and chardonnay with a distinct nuttiness, pairs well with makis and meat.

✨Bergere “Origine” Brut: blend of chardonnay, pinot noir, and pinot meunier. Rich texture due to the aging process, fits a dryer palate.

✨Robert Moncuit “Les Grands Blancs” Extra Brut: lower acidity with a creamy taste. 100% chardonnay, very versatile.
