As August wraps up and we head into September next week, we’re getting ready for an incredible month - hosting your amazing private events, brand new signature cocktails from Greg and the bar team, and a beautifu, full fall menu switch that Kyle, Jacob and the kitchen have been working hard on so far. We’re excited to unveil everything for y’all!

4 years! 💜 In restaurants, it’s very easy to get caught up in today’s to-do list and tomorrow’s worries. That’s why pausing to reflect on everything built over the past year is important. This year is no exception! We have an incredible, supportive team that loves rolling up their sleeves and bringing big ideas to life.

In hospitality, one of the most important first steps is surrounding yourself with the right people, those who want to grow and build something alongside you. As we celebrate our 4-year anniversary this upcoming Monday, we’re sharing a few favorite snapshots from the past year of our incredible crew in the kitchen, behind the bar, and on the dining floor. Some serious, some not so serious, because when we’re all aligned, it can be a lot of fun creating a memorable environment while still connecting with our community.

We’ve also tucked in a few review highlights from the past week that reflect what we’ve been working so hard to achieve: evolving menus, knowledgeable yet approachable service, and top-tier creativity across every department.

Turning waste into flavor 🍉🍹

Greg took all the watermelon scraps from our watermelon salad, juiced ‘em up, and created the Jolly Rancher - our late-summer addition to the signature cocktail menu.

Pisco, fresh watermelon, sauvignon blanc simple, and lemon — it tastes just like the candy. Grab a stool at the bar tonight next time you’re in RTP and try one!

A massive thank you to everyone who joined us for our very first wine dinner featuring the wonderful Domaine Sick-Dreyer. Your energy in the Sunflower Room made the entire evening unforgettable. Having the opportunity to slow down with everyone, connect over five great courses, and share such an intimate experience with friends in hospitality reminded us what it’s is all about.

Also, big shoutout to our entire kitchen team and crew behind the scenes for bringing it all to life on such a busy Friday night. We’re already plotting for the next one this fall — we can’t wait to host you again 🥂
