Let me start by apologizing to our Thursday outdoor dining customers, and those who chose not to join us.

Some days just don’t go exactly as planned.
Sometimes miscommunications happen.

As some of you know, they were out Thursday morning to service the detailing of a car for one of our neighbors, who booked it in our lot. That full detail took a solid 4 hours, inside and out.

Of course, the issue arose over the timing and placement of the vehicle during our business hours, as the spray and noise from their tools made it difficult for our customers to enjoy their meals at our outdoor tables.

I come to thank the customers that made us aware, and apologize to those that needed to leave.

We appreciate the responsibility and work of Drew and The Detail Depot crew in their efforts to rectify the situation.

As a part of their apology, they offered to take care of my truck as well (an undertaking)- and boy, does it ever shine! Inside and out, engine bay and undercarriage- all sparkle as if it’s 16 years new. Check the photos for the proof.
