Our casually elegant dining room buzzes with the excitement of an open exhibition kitchen, award winning wine list and the best views of Main Street . The life of a restaurant centers on its kitchen. With Seasons’ open kitchen, diners are invited into the high-energy world o

f a restaurant kitchen in action. The centerpiece is a wood-burning grill and rotisserie. Chef’s Table seating provides a theatrical view of the culinary drama and the atmosphere created radiates a contagious energy throughout the restaurant. The dining room itself is bathed in warm tones of terracotta and ocher with natural wood finishes and hand wrought light fixtures. The Seasons’ menu focuses on simple dishes prepared with exceptionally fresh ingredients. The warm, smoky flavors imparted by the wood-burning grill are featured in such classics as roast chicken, grilled bone-on ribeye and grilled double-cut pork chops. The menu changes seasonally but these standards remain constant. With close ties to the wine industry, grapes are an integral part of the Seasons’ menu. Wines are chosen to complement the bold flavors of the menu and our selection provides a wide range of choices.

A look back at our latest EnoTech gathering—an evening shaped by thoughtful pairings and a menu full of contrast.

Pork katsu with Colorado cherry compote, katsu sauce, turnip and carrot. Yakitori chicken thigh with green onion, roasted mushrooms and tare. Roast beef tartare with raspberry-orange gelée, coconut crème fraîche, greens and ciabatta.
