The Mahogany Grille located inside the historic Strater Hotel is open for dinner Monday - Sunday from 5-9 pm. Explore the Starter Menu, Entrees Menu, After Dinner Menu and Kids Menu at "The Grille" on the Strater Hotel website: Strater.com

The Entrees Menu features selections like Pork Ribs, Stuffed Chicken Breast, Rack of Lamb and more.

Rack of Lamb: Dijon and Herb Marinated Lamb, White Bean Puree, Blistered Tomato and Wilted Kale, Red Wine-Sage Butter, Chimichurri.
