MOMO, a beloved dish from Nepal!

…is a delectable Himalayan dumplings, a traditional food with rich history that have been enjoyed for generations and are an integral part of Nepalese Himalayan culinary heritage and culture.

The word “Momo” refers to “steamed buns” with savory fillings. They are characterized by precise wrapping technique often filled with minced meat seasoned with a blend of Himalayan spices and local herbs and are typically cooked by steaming.
