Cocina Linda Open Monday-Saturday 8 AM to 9 PM starting with local breakfast!! Sunday Brunch 8.30 to 2.30 Come e We are now officially "Linda's Local Food Cafe"!

While the menu will still be influenced by Linda's origins in central Mexico, as of August 2011 it will focus even more on our passion for supporting local farmers and serving real food. As much of our food as possible will be locally sourced and organic. We also offer vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free dishes when possible (celiacs please note: we DO work with wheat in our kitchen). Please mention

if you have any special dietary needs and we will do our best to accommodate you with a delicious meal! Our cocktails are made with Colorado spirits (gin and vodka are organic) and we are the only restaurant in town offering beers from all four local breweries.
