It is Wednesday and in Durand that means things are happening! Wednesday Night Live is a must attend and if you are going to be coming into town be sure to swing into Union Station Smoke House and pre game with us! Shawn Elizabeth will be playing (rain or shine!). Stop in and grab some great food and listen to some great music. On the patio if the weather holds out, inside if it is raining!

Good morning Smokehouse Family and Friends!!! Today is a special day for us personally as we celebrate one of our own with a High School graduation open house!!

Many of you know Braxton O'Bryant or have had a meal cooked by him over the years!!

I am posting this to ask for a bit of patience with the staff at the Smokehouse today as Little Red and Big Dave will both be at the graduation party so we are running a bit short staffed!!

Come join us from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm and look at the weather! It will be amazing! She will be outside soaking up all that amazing sunshine!!

🍽️ Our dining room will be open until 7:00p.m.

🤣 Our dining room will be closed from 7-9p.m.
for a private event. You must have a ticket for
admission.

☀️ However, our patio will continue with full
service all evening, even when the dining
room is closed for the private event. Come
have dinner on our patio!

👩‍🎓 Our dining room will reopen at 9:00p.m.
tonight for any post-graduation festivities.
We will stay open and serve tonight until the
last belly is full! CONGRATULATIONS CLASS
OF 2026!!!! 🎉

We have a few tickets left for this event!!! This is our first time hosting s comedy show at the smokehouse. Thursday this week!

$40 gets you a drink, full meal (choice of protein and 2 sides) and a great show!!

Union Station Smokehouse is closed each Mother’s Day to honor our Wives/Mothers/Grandmothers and special ladies in our life!

Not to mention if Big Dave worked his wife would be home with 4 kids on Mothers Day! And if Big Dave stayed home his Mother would be forced to work on Mothers Day. That is what you call a lose-lose situation!!

We are open normal hours today (until 10:00 pm) and will see you all next Wednesday at 8:00 am for the start of Durand Railroad Days Inc. week!!

🌤️ Last week Big Dave threatened to turn on the A/C and this week he has long pants on! Come on Michigan! Let's get this figured out already! We want the patio season to start!

We’ve got some great things cooking and the kitchen is rolling all day long.

🍔 Burger of the Week:
Open Faced Chili Burger – a juicy burger served on an open bun, topped with two scoops of our brisket chili, melted cheese, and onions. Served up with fresh cut fries and a pickle spear. It’s messy in all the right ways!

🍲 Soup of the Day:
Big Dave’s Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup – made from scratch and perfect any time of day.

🍺 And don’t forget… anything on the menu pairs perfectly with a cold Yuengling on tap, bottle, or can!

Stop in, grab a seat, and enjoy the view of the depot while you eat.
