It has been an overwhelming week! I am blessed beyond measure! The outpouring of well wishes and emotional farewells, humbles me.
Our inventory is low, we can do Sunday, but unfortunately we will not be able to go beyond that! The goal was to dwindle inventory and thanks to the community we have met that goal. So join us for our last day if you haven't had the opportunity. Thank you again to all of you!

This week has been an emotional one! To answer some FAQ
- No, I have not been planning this for some time, It in fact was a very hard frustrating decision that I needed to make.
- No, I do not own the building.
- I do not have plans for my financial future, I am seeking employment.
- Facts are Truth, I am closing because I have No Staff, My building is not mine, and has a questionable future, the Cost of goods is unmanageable.
Perkz has been an amazing place for 9 years, as devastating as it is that we are closing, the future for myself and my family is my favorite thing to look forward to. So thank you to everyone, I will miss it! Oh and lastly, No my recipes are my family's!

Announcement
March 20 th 2017 is when we opened Perkz Cafe. Took a bit for Durand to notice, but when they did, we where good! Covid struck and we barely survived! Since then staffing has been impossible. The ridiculous inflation in the cost of goods and wage increases, have given us no options but to raise our prices, and cut our hours. In a small town it is very hard to survive when all these factors keep stacking! We will close our doors for good on December 23rd 2025. I thank all of the loyal people that have made our Cafe part of their lives. It has been a long hard 9 years for my family and I. I personally have enjoyed most of them! So we say a heart felt farewell and may you all have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! 2026 is a New Chapter!
