We had the best Wednesday night of our lives tonight! Everyone that read our post and came in we don’t even have the words to describe how much we appreciate you. This is why we love this town. Our cry for help turned into something amazing. Cheers to you, and another 40 years!

Here at nicks we’re still unsure why we are being excluded from WNL. Every time we talk to someone it’s a different story. First the bands wanted to be moved.. then the equipment they have wouldn’t reach the end of the street.
It’s unfortunate that the whole thing is being catered to one business downtown while the two sit down restaurants on the corner are reduced to band parking spaces.
We lose out on a lot of sales every time WNL happens. In years past when the stage was in a different spot we had to have extra workers to take care of all the customers. That is not the case now, and we simply cannot have employees here with no customers. We’re sad to say that if it continues to go this way we will have to start closing Wednesdays at 5pm. We love our community and our customers and we sincerely hope this can be resolved. If anyone has any advice on how to work this out with the WNL please don’t hesitate to reach out.
🔴🔴update we spoke to the chief of police and he explained that he never said they couldn’t move the stage.
