For the past two years, Josie has been the heart, soul, and steadying hand of Summit Coffee Dunwoody. As our manager, she didn’t just keep the shop running and the espresso flowing—she poured her time, effort, and whole heart into building a vibrant, welcoming community space.
If you’ve spent any time here, you know that people naturally gravitate toward Josie. Her bright energy, easy laughter, and above all, her deep empathy have made this shop feel like a second home. Whether you needed your daily brew, a comforting chat, or just a warm smile to start your morning, Josie always made sure every person who walked through our doors felt seen, heard, and valued.

As Josie steps into her next chapter, we are dedicated to carrying forward the beautiful culture she fostered, ensuring Summit Coffee Dunwoody remains an open, inclusive, and warm space for everyone. We added in 3 pictures of the buildout, which was the first time we talked to Josie, the first time she saw the space, and then the day before opening outside the shop.
