The State of California Air Resources Board is considering changes to its on-road motorcycle emission standards and test procedures.
In addition to these potential amendments, CARB is seeking adoption of new on-board diagnostics and zero-emission motorcycle requirements. CARB will receive public comments until Oct. 28 and will host a public hearing regarding the potential adjustments on Nov. 7.
