🚨 WE’RE BACK ON THE ROAD! 🚨

After taking the summer off, we’ve been busy behind the scenes revamping our menu and getting ready to bring y’all some GOOD Cajun cuisine this fall! 🦐🔥

September is going to be a fun one — we’ll be headed to Auburn, Alabama for THREE STRAIGHT WEEKS of tailgating! 🏈🐯 We can’t wait to see some familiar faces and feed y’all while we’re there!( location: University Station)

As we get back into the swing of things, be on the lookout for monthly updates with where we’ll be setting up, what events we’ll be at, and where you can get your Cajun fix. 🍤⚜️

After a lot of thought, we’ve decided that for this season our food truck will no longer be operating locally on a regular schedule.

Moving forward, we’ll be focusing on private events, festivals, catering, and special bookings only.

We are so thankful for everyone who has supported us, stopped by for a meal, shared our posts, and helped our small business grow. This isn’t goodbye — just a new chapter for us.

Come enjoy a beautiful weekend with mom at the farm.

Stroll through our blooming flower fields, pick your favorites, and arrange a beautiful custom bouquet together. 🌸
Relax and enjoy live music, grab a bite to eat from one of our amazing food truck vendors, let the kids play, visit with the farm animals, and take a peaceful hayride through our beautiful fields.

It’s the perfect way to slow down, make memories, and celebrate the special women in our lives. 💕

Lou and Flo’s Cajun Creation will be hittin’ the road and bringing the Cajun flavor to some Bluegrass Festivals in Alabama & Georgia! 🎶🔥
