We are setting sail for the Chiefland Farmers and Flea Market this 4th of July weekend, and you can find us in our pink and purple Caribbean Sunset trailer near the stage area!

​We’ll be serving up our regular menu alongside some exclusive 4th of July specials to kick off the festivities!

​We’ve had a busy month navigating some choppy waters, but we’re officially back on course. While the ship build is still in the works, you’ll find us rocking the Caribbean Sunset trailer (pink & purple) as usual!

A bit of rain doesn't faze us—Captain Calico Jack Rackham, Anne Bonny, and Mother Middlin have weathered far worse on the high seas. We’ll be set up at the Chiefland Farmers and Flea Market tomorrow, serving up our full lunch menu and ready for an adventure.

🏴‍☠️ SHIP IS IN DRYDOCK, BUT THE GALLEY IS OPEN! 🏴‍☠️

​Avast, ye food-loving landlubbers! The word is out: The Frying Dutchman is officially launching this weekend! ⚓️

​While our ship is still in drydock getting her final coat of polish and pirate flair, we simply couldn't wait another minute to serve you. You might notice our trailer is still rocking its "Caribbean Sunset" pink and purple colors for now, but don’t let the paint job fool you—the food inside is pure, authentic pirate treasure! 🌴✨

​Captain Calico Jack Rackham, the legendary Anne Bonny, and our own Mother Middlin will be at the Chiefland Farmers and Flea Market bright and early tomorrow, ready to serve up the best eats in the Caribbean (or at least, the best in Chiefland!).

​We might be "under construction" on the outside, but the flavor is 100% complete. Come grab a plate, cheer on the crew, and watch as we transform our trailer into the most legendary pirate vessel on land!
