We love and appreciate our customers. That being said, screaming at the staff because your pizza is out a minute early or late will not get you anywhere except asked to leave. If you were told 20 minutes and your tray came out in 18, we place it on top of our 650 degree oven, believe me, it's not cold. Same in reverse, if you are running late, we get it, life happens....we will keep it warm for you on top of that same oven. We give estimated times, we are juggling custom made orders from scratch, this is why on Fridays we generally give you a specific time slots based upon how many orders are ahead of you and how fast our oven and staff can go. It's Pizza, it's supposed to be fun and enjoyable; don't make it complicated. Have a great night everyone! Here's a fun picture of a 18 Inch NY Style with Mushrooms!

There was an issue with Comcast, which runs our phones and Online Ordering Services. Calls were forwarded to my cell phone while Comcast worked on the issue. Modem is now reset and calls are being received at the Shop, not at my cell. Sorry for this minor inconvenience.
