We are going to change the Structure of The Wolfpen Brotherhood. There will be no more wholesale granting of the title of Lieutenant. Each faction will have 2 or 3 of that rank who are experienced players with proven results and loyalty to their faction and The Brotherhood. We have had a problem with unwanted difficult wars that were not declared by the Generals this will solve that problem. Two more problems need to be addressed. They are inactivity by members of all three factions, and an uneven distribution of talent. Inactive players will be ferreted out and removed from all factions. That leaves us with the problem of base distribution. Our goal is to have large bases in Wolfpen, medium sized bases in Wolfpen-2, smaller bases in Wolfpen-3. The Admiral will soon set sail to form a new Safe Harbor: Wolfpen-4. This is a place to R & R, recover from the depletion of your army, and a place to park your base when you are on vacation.
All members must make ally requests to the generals of all factions, and I will tell you why. I am going to limit membership in each faction to 47 bases. This way in a Conquest a Faction that is in trouble can be fortified. Their General can send a troop request to the other generals. Big Gun players can then be invited to move to the faction that needs help. True they will sit out the turn of transfer, but with 47 members we are allotted the whole 50 spaces. The down side is that if the player who volunteers to move has already scored points they will lose those points yet gain points in the faction they transfer to. They will have to stay until the rewards are distributed, but then they can go back to their home faction.
Small bases which means both size and glory rating should really stop resisting and voluntarily move to Wolfpen-3 before it fills up. I dislike ordering players to do that. You have undoubtedly found friends in the faction you are in. It is easy to keep those friends send them an ally request, you will get increased hearts when you have moved and visit your alliance, and you can still message back and forth. When you grow both in base size and glory you can move up to the next tier.
There is no limit on the number of big bases that can be in any of the factions. These are the bases that win wars and Conquests, and they are free to choose their home faction. Wolfpen & Wolfpen-2 will become Closed factions and can only join by invitation of a General or a Lieutenant. Wolfpen-3 will remain Open until they approach the 47 member limit. I will announce when The Admiral sets sail to discover Wolfpen-4. Thank you post any comments below.

Battle Tip of the Day: Don't fight alone find a partner in your faction that is fighting in the Global Conquest when you are (use faction chat) then you both can attack an area to win it over! Note: since last game update you will face alternating KRA then a member of an opposing faction. Sometimes that opposing faction player is very strong look at their battle line up if you don't think you can win just put units you don't care to keep without Atlas or Prometheus then deploy right away against a KRA level 10 with all you've got! It will cost you stamina, but you will most likely win the KRA battle.

Let's talk strength! Add a Military Council building to your base and boost it like there is no tomorrow. The one on "Rockin Rick's" (Wolfpen) base adds (currently) 448 offense & defense to my army. Plus it adds 269.25 Offense & Defense to every member of the faction. It is like having an extra Atlas or Prometheus in the battle line. Works in all battles both Faction Wars & Global Conquest. Every base should have one. It costs 70 Gold, but very well worth it!

HOW TO ADD ALLIES: First do you want to collect hearts to buy units or boost your Prometheus? To do that you need allies. You can already visit faction member's bases to collect hearts. Since we are now a closed faction if you hit the leave button by mistake you will not be able to get back in unless you have made at least one member of our faction a personal ally. Allies can message each other, and you can use them in a Faction War battle as a distress call.
To add a member as an ally click on the Faction tab button, then click on who you want as an ally, instead of visit click profile, right there in the top middle above their stats is an ADD ALLY button, just click on it an invitation will be sent to them. if they accept they are your personal ally and you can have as many as you want, but you can only send 5 invitations per day to either Faction members or outside players.
To add an outside player, click on the fight tab in the lower right of main screen. This takes you to a page that has a scrollable list of players and it refreshes from time to time. If you see someone you would like to add click on there name. a drop down list gives you the option to: attack, set a bounty, "ADD ALLY", or invite {to join our faction}. We want members who will fight so if they don't have a faction name below their name then they are not in a faction, but do they fight? If you see a $ amount above their name that is a bounty, and means the whipped somebody so bad they put a price on their head. These players fight.
So what happens after you invite someone to be your ally? Well, if the accept a HQ icon will appear on your home screen this means the game wants to tell you something so click on it. The HQ building will appear on your screen it has tabs: Building, Reports, Loot, and MY STATS. Click on Reports. A new screen comes up with tabs for: COMBAT, WARS, SOCIAL, & INBOX. Click on SOCIAL there you will find any gifts sent to you, maybe an ally request from someone, or a notice that they accepted you invitation. You don't have to save these messages on that tab if the accepted your invitation you can click "on it and choose "DISMISS" they will still be your ally. it just deletes the message from the game. if you see ALLIANCE PROPOSITION it means they want to be your ally. you can click accept and you will have a new ally. If it just says INVITATION, it means they want you to join their Faction, if you click accept it will take you out of WOLFPEN and put you in that faction. I always click DISMISS when I see that. I hope this helps those members who are new to the game.

Major Havok suggested a new plan of action in the upcoming Conquest. I have modified it a little. Message me in game as to which terrain Air or Ground where you are the strongest. I will then assign areas individually for you to first attack and then keep a very close eye on. If you see that we are being attacked in your assigned area and might lose it. post a "Flash" on The Wall tab of our Factions Comm, tab page. and here as well. Available members will then help you keep the area secure. I cannot stress enough that we need to use "The Wall" and this page as tools. One advantage to this page is that members who speak different languages from yours can have it automatically translated. Good communication is the key to success!

Turn 15 coming up. Areas I think we need to fight are: 14 (ground); Area 07 WIDE OPEN (ground); Area 12 (air); Area 06 (air); Area 11 (ground) this one we need; most of the others are out of reach.

After Turn 4 the following areas are good choices: Area 17 (air) wide open; Area 13 (ground) wide open); Area 12 (ground) wide open; Area 16 (air) controller has by 28cp; We control Area 15 by 66cp (ground); Area 14 (air) we trail by 14cp; Area 08 we have a commanding lead by 105cp;

After Turn 3 the following areas are good choices for battle: Area 18 we have control by 41cp (ground); Area 12 (ground) wide open; Area 14 we trail by 20cp (ground); Area 08 We trail by 14cp (air); Area 07 Wide open (ground)! We have a commanding lead (106cp) in Area 10 Good Job to the team member who accomplished this. Note: Unless you have a large and powerful underwater fleet I would recommend that you don't go there, let our opponents suffer the losses. Good Luck! Fight & Win!
