The funny thing about cooking with the seasons is that just when you fall in love with something, it’s time to make room for what’s next.

We’ve got a few more days with July’s favorites—our duck confit plate, berries & burrata, and glasses of Lange Winery

Next up…. Duck confit & watermelon salad, bairdfamilyorchards peaches with burrata, and a whole new month of Oregon’s best (think local heirloom tomato BLTs, peach & prosciutto pizza & more!)

We love this time of year. There’s always something delicious leaving… and something even better showing up.
