Long before today’s crab cake trends, House of Neptune at Holabird & Merritt Blvd. was serving Maryland seafood the old-school way.

There’s a family connection to that history.

The father of The Gantry’s owners was one of the owners of House of Neptune — and we’ve brought a little of that tradition back.

Our True Blue Maryland Crab Cake is made with real Maryland crab and fried the old-school way — golden and crisp on the outside, packed with crab on the inside.

Not because it’s trendy.

Because that’s how Dad did it at Neptune’s.
