I spent the day learning how to make a delicious Korean Chicken Sauce..went to Bonchon in Camp Hill , great Korean Fried Chicken, and tasted 4 out of 6 sauces and decided I looooved Yangnyeom Sauce. It is sweet and spicy, made with a korean chili paste called Gochujang, soy sauce, honey, ketsup, garlic, rice vinegar, and grain mustard. Saturdays menu at the Sled Works in Duncannon:

Good morning Mojo Friends..This week I will be set up at the Tractor Supply Store parking lot in Newport on Friday, 10-3 , (or until sold out). I will also be open on Saturday at the Sled Works parking lot in Duncannon, from 11-3...The menu at the Tractor Supply in Newport will be Burritos, Burrito Bowls, and Walking Nachos (with Creamy Cheese or Supreme with Meat, Beans, Salsa, & Sour Cream)). Sled Works in Duncannon menu will be Burritos, Burrito Bowls, Tacos, (including the B**r Battered Fish Taco) and Walking Nachos (The creamy queso will be made with Tillamook Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese) . Its Soup Season now so I would love to bring back some of Mojos most popular soups..I will begin with Chicken Pozole Verde, a lovely flavorful tomatillo & hominy based Chicken Soup.. I hope to see you Friday in Newport or Saturday in Duncannon!! Joyce

Hi Everyone! I am back from my time in Oregon with my son. I had to help him with a few things and returned to my normal life a couple of days ago. This Saturday, October 3, 11am to 3pm ,will be my first day back in my trailer at the Old Sled Works in Duncannon. I have some exciting new menu items to offer from restaurants I visited.
The first menu item , a side dish called Mushy Peas, came from a British Pub. Its made with Marrowfat Peas that have dried on the vine, soaked overnight in a baking soda solution, and simmered the next day. Marrowfat dried peas have a high starch content and are smoother and creamier with a different flavor and texture than regular peas. Ask for a side of Mushy Peas with your order!

Hi Everyone...This Saturdays Pop-Up, August 15, 11am to 3pm, at the Sled Works parking lot will feature the NAVAHO TACO, the FISH TACO, and the BREAKFAST BURRITO SMOTHERED IN GREEN CHILE QUESO.
NAVAHO: Fry Bread topped with beans, cheese, fresh salsa, beef chicken or vegetarian,Mojo Sauce, and shredded romaine/cabbage
FISH TACO: B**r Battered Cod topped with Mango Salsa, Mojo Sauce, and shredded romaine/cabbage
BREAKFAST BURRITO: Potatoes, scrambled eggs, salsa, cheese, Chorizo or Vegetarian, topped with Green Chile Queso
TACOS: Hard shell, soft flour, soft corn
Beef or Chicken, Cheese, Salsa, Mojo Sauce
BURRITO BOWLS: Rice, beans, meat or vegetarian, salsa, mojo sauce, shredded romaine/cabbage

Good Morning Everyone...This Saturday, August 8, I'm going to offer some of my Breakfast menu items that were popular at Mojo Taco. I'm also using fresh picked local vegetables and local free range eggs.
1. Breakfast Burrito smothered with Green Chile Gravy...scrambled eggs, potatoes, cheese, (sauteed zucchini, bell peppers, and onion) and smothered with the gravy..this is a vegetarian dish however, I will have Chorizo to add if you want meat.
2. Huevos Rancheros..Corn tortillas layered with cheese and enchilada sauce, (sauteed zucchini, bell pepper and onion) and topped with scrambled eggs, mojo sauce or sour cream..side of potatoes..once again, this is a vegetarian dish but I will have Chorizo to add if you want
3. Mexican Street Corn..local Perry County Corn rolled in butter/mayo and sprinkled with Cotija Cheese
4. Tacos..hard shell, flour, soft corn..Rotisserie Chicken, Beef, or Vegetarian
5. Honey Chipotle Chicken Tacos
6. Spicy Korean Chicken Tacos

Good Day Mojo Friends..for tomorrows menu, which I posted 3 days ago, I am adding Mexican Street Corn since local Perry County Corn is in...also, I am making Mac & Cheese for Mac & Cheese Burritos and Bowls..it replaces rice..My recipe for this is cheesy, creamy, and garlicky..Hope you can make it tomorrow for lunch,,I'll be at the Sled Works parking lot from 11am to 3pm..Joyce
