Good Morning Mojo Friends...today is your last day to pre-order Thanksgiving Dinner rolled in a 14 inch flour tortilla..I will have them pre- rolled and ready for pickup when you arrive Saturday..If I have extra, I will let you know Saturday before 11am..My Saturday menu will also include: Beer Battered Cod Fish Tacos with Fresh Mango Salsa and Burrito Bowls ( Honey Chipotle Chicken, Beef, Vegetarian)..I sure hope to see you..the following Saturday, 13th, I wont be at the Sled Works as I have a Community Event in Loysville...Joyce

Hi Mojo Friends..Thanksgiving in June has arrived...Im going to offer the world famous (lol) Thanksgiving Burrito this Saturday, June 6...Twice a year I offer this beauty and many people look forward to it..Here is the description:
Slow Roasted Turkey
Turkey Gravy from the pan drippings
Buttery Smashed Potatos
Stuffing
Whole Cranberry and Sour cream
Sweet Corn
All wrapped in a 14 inch flour tortilla...$14

Preorders begin today and close Friday morning...Preordering is the only way to guarantee your Thanksgiving Burrito..I will send reminders all week..When ordering, give your name, how many you would like, and weather you want cranberry and sourcream..Pick up is at my trailer at the Sled Works Parking Lot, Duncannon, 11am to 3 pm this Saturday.Joyce

Good morning Mojo friends..I will have bottles of Mexican Coke on ice for you today along with tasty Mojo Food: Navaho Tacos made to order with fry bread and a choice of toppings..This menu item is from a Native American restaurant in Denver called Tocabe..I make their hominy cranberry salsa and their sweet corn salsa. Todays menu will also have Enchilada Casserole with my red sauce made with 8 vegetables and 5 spices slowly simmered..served with rice and beans...There will be Tacos with your choice of extra large hard shells, soft white or soft corn tortillas..and in honor of the beautiful state of Oregon where I just spent the past 3 weeks, I am making Homemade Queso with an Oregon Cheese: Tillamook extra sharp cheddar served with chips...Come and say hello..I have 3 outdoor tables now for your dining pleasure!! 11am to 3pm Old Sled Works parking lot, Duncannon🙂

Mojo Taco is back..I will be at the Sled Works parking lot in Duncannon this Saturday, 11-3...also every Saturday in June except June13 which is going to be a community event..
Menu for this Saturday May 30:
Navaho Taco: Fry Bread topped with Chicken or Beef with your choice of toppings (vegetarian tex mex beans or black beans, mild cheddar,Hominy Cranberry Salsa, Sweet Corn Salsa, Pico de Gallo Salsa. Finished with Sour Cream or Mojo Sauce and Shredded Romaine/Cabbage $14

Enchiladas with rice and beans (Vegetarian or Chicken) $11

Extra Large Hard Shell, Soft Flour or Soft Homemade Corn Tacos $11 (3)

Still in the Pacific Northwest, visiting my Son..Oregon is a very diverse state..Ocean, Mountains, and the rich and fertile growing region called the Willamette Valley where he lives..I came out to give Eric a caregiving break from taking care of his dad who is on hospice (my ex-husband).. we are managing to get some short adventures in while Im here..I will be doing Mojo Taco pop-ups all summer..be hungry!

Mojo Customers...I will not be able to do Pop-Ups until the end of May...I have to take care of family health matters right now which will take up my time this month..thankyou for continuing support and love for Mojos food...have a warm, sunny month and happy eating to all of you...I will be in touch! Hello Mojo Friends! I think we are going to have a nice day for tomorrows Pop-Up! I am so excited to tell you about my very new Taco that will be at Mojo tomorrow (along with the other menu items)..there wont be alot of them but I may be on to something exiting... The Korean Chicken Taco with Spicy Gochujang Mayonnaise topped with Asian Cabbage and Red Pickled Onion...Oh man, its delicious! My husband agrees! Stop by tomorrow 11-3 at the Sled Works parking lot to try one!! Joyce ps..Gochujang is korean fermented red chile paste
