Tommy had been dreaming about opening his own barbecue joint for many years, and after retiring from his career, he knew it was the perfect time to pursue that dream. He started out with a little catering operation, and that grew into the Hogg's BBQ brick-and-mortar store that’s now known for putting Dumas on the barbecue map. This is classic Texas barbecue at its finest. Brisket, ribs, chicken, pork, and sausage -- we’re cooking up all your favorites. We also have a diverse menu that includes all-day breakfast.
