Summer is here ☀️ and so is our Summer Menu!

Inspired by the Hispanic classics and back for a second year are the Agua de Jamaica and Horchata aguas frescas! Also new on the menu is a new favorite—Shaken Pistachio Matcha!

Agua de Jamaica - A vibrant, refreshing hibiscus tea made from dried hibiscus flowers. It’s tart like cranberry, sweetened to your preference, and served chilled-perfect for cooling off with a bold, floral twist.
*Also available as a sugar-free option.

Horchata - A creamy, cinnamon-spiced drink made from rice, milk, and sweetened with our housemade vanilla syrup —a perfect balance of indulgence and tradition in every sip. Add cold brew, espresso, or matcha to make it a little more special.
*Also available as a sugar-free option.

Shaken Pistachio Matcha - A matcha shaken and sweetened with housemade pistachio syrup-topped with oat milk. You can try the pistachio syrup in any of our drinks as well!

After seeing our shop from across the street while at Medrano’s Cantina last night, George Strait had to have himself a cup of our coffee. So after his show last night he drove through Amarillo by morning and we opened up early just for him. Salt of the earth kind of guy.

Oh and he said we have the best coffee in town 🫶🏼 lol
