Meet our Lake Superior Whitefish Cake Sandwich. We’ve taken fresh, local whitefish, tossed it in a zesty Creole marinade, and smoked it to perfection. Then, we mix it with Minnesota wild rice, fry it until golden, and serve it on a toasted brioche bun topped with fresh hydro Bibb lettuce, house-made pickles, ripe tomatoes, and our signature scratch tartar sauce.
