Originally from Mexico City, Busenbark moved to the U.S. to continue growing her career in the culinary industry. After studying gastronomy, Busenbark gained experience working in two Michelin rated restaurants (Pujol in Mexico City and Restaurant Gaudium in Cataluña, Spain) where she developed a strong foundation in contemporary cuisine, and team leadership.
With a decade of experience in the industry, Busenbark is passionate about creating organized, high-quality kitchen environments while maintaining a positive and collaborative atmosphere. She believes great kitchens are built not only on discipline and consistency, but also on good energy, teamwork, and a genuine passion for the craft. Welcome to the team, Chef Valeria!
