Located in the heart of Duluth’s Canal Park neighborhood on the shores of Lake Superior, Canal Park Brewing Company is a locally owned brewpub built for people who love great beer, good food, and North Shore adventure. Since opening in 2012, we’ve focused on brewing consistently epic craft beer with a North Coast attitude — balancing creativity, quality ingredients, and approachable flavor in every batch. From award-winning lagers and hop-forward ales to dark porters, sours, and seasonal specialties, our rotating tap list is brewed for the wild at heart. Our brewery was built on a remediated brownfield site as part of a major environmental cleanup effort in Canal Park. Sustainability continues to be part of who we are today, from rooftop solar panels and energy-efficient systems to sourcing local ingredients whenever possible and doing our part to help protect Lake Superior. We’re more than a brewery — we’re a full-service restaurant serving burgers, sandwiches, tacos, salads, appetizers, and comfort food favorites alongside our handcrafted beer, cocktails, wine, and non-alcoholic options. Tonight we welcomed MNAWWA back to Canal Park Brewing Company for their annual B**r & Bags Tournament—and this year marked our 10th year hosting!

Water professionals from communities all across Minnesota gathered along Lake Superior for cold b**r, co****le, friendly competition and plenty of laughs.

We’re proud to sponsor this event, but even more honored that this group continues to make CPB part of their tradition year after year.

To all of Minnesota’s water professionals: thanks for everything you do to keep our communities—and our water—running. And thanks for another great night at CPB!

We are all connected - in sometimes the simplest ways! Duluth Sister Cities is tickled about the fun work by Canal Park Brewing Company- Duluth, MN on their Two Bells L***r, and we were thrilled to share this with our official delegation from - Isumi this weekend. These simple touchpoints can lead to greater things!

A few weeks ago, our incredible brewers brewed a Japanese L***r called Two Bells Japanese L***r. 🍺🔔

Zach, our assistant brewer, was inspired by his travels to Japan, along with the story of Duluth’s sister city, Isumi, Japan, and the Peace Bell at Enger Park.

On Zach’s second visit to Japan, he took a day to travel to Isumi and hiked up to see their bell. He photographed it, and we ended up making it part of the Two Bells can label. The Duluth bell is on the left, and the Isumi bell is on the right.

We reached out to Duluth Sister Cities International to see if they’d like to try the b**r and hear more about the story behind it. They were truly excited and loved hearing how Zach’s vision came to life. The timing made it even more special because an adult delegation from Japan would soon be visiting Duluth.

That delegation arrived this week and had lunch at the brewery today. When we welcomed them, they surprised both Zach and me with miniature replicas of the bell in Isumi. ❤️🔔

Tonight, we’re joining them for a potluck, where we’ll be enjoying Two Bells Japanese L***r and singing karaoke!

And somehow, this story is only just beginning...
