Pepper jack, fire roasted Hatch green chile, lettuce, and house made chipotle ranch.
Bold flavor with a mild kick—this one hits different.

The 575 is my pride and joy because I wanted to bring the green chile to a burger in Duluth but I wanted it to be authentic. I searched far and wide and tasted several products before I found the absolute best I could get my hands on. The Chiles we use on this build are straight from area code 575 in the Hatch valley of New Mexico hence the name of this burger.

We built this menu to actually give you options—
not just the same burger with one topping changed.

We just rolled out our new lineup of signature burger builds at King of Creams.
Same grass-fed smash patties… now dialed-in builds that hit hard. All burgers available as 1/4, 1/2, 3/4 and 1 pound burgers. The Bulldog starts out as a 1/2’er. The first picture shown is the Bulldog followed by the Classic and the Jala Back 🌶️

We just learned that our friend and mentor in the food concessions business Keith ‘Schweiby’ Schweiberger of Schweiby’s Concessions passed away a couple of days ago. Keith helped us and gave of us so much invaluable guidance when we first started out as a single ice cream truck back in 2008 while we were trying to navigate the ins and outs of vending at large events. He was such a friendly, encouraging, welcoming and knowledgeable person with a contagious sense of humor who did not hesitate ever to offer guidance when he saw it was needed. He earned my deep respect and admiration for sure. It was a great privilege knowing Keith and learning from his success. He will be missed by all who knew him.

Please say a prayer for his wife, children, grandchildren and entire family during this very difficult time.
