This weekend I finally installed these custom pantry doors for a customer. First time building cabinet doors the real way with stile and rail joinery and it was a great success. Covers their new pantry, and adds a ton of storage on the back side!

Always worth it to check when you are getting rid of old structures, decks, etc. These came from the old sauna benches at the cabin, and they're redwood!

Just a couple passes through the planer and they're back to new.

What do you think I should make with this?

A couple teasers of the progress on my dining table build, using two of my favorite species: Maple with Walnut inlays to stabilize the cracks.

Its finally done, and I gotta say, the final result is exactly what I had in my head.

Black Walnut top finished with Tung Oil, and the base is Pine with a black stain.

The big cnc came in handy to flatten these slabs since they are too big for my planer.

This walnut glue-up will be the top of a bench for my house. Pretty pleased with the progress so far. Popped the grain with some water, this stuff is amazing!

Here's my latest project I made for my sister's family. They needed a new solution for their cat's litter box, and a place to put their shoes. Turned out pretty cool!

Come and get em!

These cutting boards are made from 1/2" thick Richlite, which you may already be familiar with. This stuff makes a solid, durable, long lasting cutting surface, and it's easy to keep clean.

They are 9" x 13" and have rubber feet on the bottom to keep it from sliding around on your counter top.

They are $40 each. I can accept cash/check or I also have a card reader, whichever you prefer!

Shoot me a message or leave a comment if you want one!

Here's the next batch of parts that go with those cedar parts from my last post. Hopefully soon I'll be able to post some pictures of how these parts all go together! These arched roof beams were a fun challenge to make, and I learned a ton. The top and bottom pieces were bent around the form to fit the radius of the plywood pieces and glued up with epoxy. Each of these beams had to sit in the form overnight to cure.

Made a ton of progress on this big project for a customer today. I needed to make a bunch of accurate slots in these parts, so I made this jig to batch them all at the same time. Very satisfying to see the test fit work out!
