Sometimes I get a little emotional thinking about everything we’ve built over the last year and a half. 🥹

It’s been chaos. It’s been exhausting. It’s been forever changing. But goodness, has it been amazing.

I’ve probably told my kids one too many times, “Just hold on, Mommy is building something.”

Just hold on while Mommy answers this message. Just hold on while Mommy finishes one more thing.

And sometimes that part gets me. Because while I’ve been so busy building something for other families, I’ve been trying my hardest not to wish away these precious years with my own.

The little years. The years that go by way too fast. The years I’ll never get back.

But I hope someday my kids understand what Mommy was building. Not just a coffee shop or a place to play, but something that brings families together. Something they can be proud of, too.

And I can’t talk about building Goose & Giggles without mentioning the MANY people who unknowingly signed themselves up for the “just say yes to Mac” role. 😂

The crazy phone calls, the last-minute projects, the extra sets of hands, the hundred times I’ve changed my mind. You know who you are, and I’ll forever be grateful. This dream certainly wasn’t built by me alone.

In just under a year and a half, this community has become an extension of our family.

You’ve celebrated birthdays here. Made friendships here. Brought your babies here. Supported us through growing pains, changes, new ideas, and everything in between.

You’ve given me the opportunity to build this dream while raising my own little flock. And for that, I’ll never have enough words to say thank you. 🤍

It’s crazy to see where this all started. Even crazier to think about where it might go.

And while I can’t share everything running through my head lately, I’ll just say this…

I don’t think we’re done building just yet. 👀🪿

And something tells me a few more people might be getting a “hey, I have an idea…” phone call. 😂

If Goose & Giggles has become a little part of your family’s story, drop a heart below. I’d love to know you’re feeling it too. ❤️

Love,
Mac B
