🧀 Meet Will, our new cheesemonger!

We’re thrilled to welcome Will to the Roux & Lucia team! Coming to us from Madison, where he managed Fromagination, the city’s renowned artisan cheese shop, Will brings a wealth of knowledge and a serious passion for all things cheese.

Stop in, say hello, and let Will introduce you to something delicious! Sample our curated selection of domestic and imported cheeses, including many you won’t find anywhere else in Dubuque.

Pair with a bottle from our w**e collection, artisanal crackers, specialty preserves, and gourmet accompaniments for the perfect cheese board at home. 🍷🧀
