Dyersville Downtown Market you blow us away every time! We brought more food than ever before and still needed to run out for more mid-market! Thank you to everyone who supports this little side gig!

It was a family affair this weekend- loved having my family here from Naperville, Illinois to help run my stand. Even the littles were involved!

Wow! Yesterday was a huge success. You guys sold us out for the second month in a row…even after two trips to the store during the market. We were nonstop busy from 7:45-11:35 when we officially sold out.

Thank you!! We had so much fun this market season. The compliments and conversations with repeat customers were amazing. We love hearing from you guys.

Thank you to everyone who gave The Cast Iron a try and especially those who came back to us each market.

I missed cooking at the Dyersville Downtown Market but I had a blast whipping up some breakfast sandwiches for a friend’s bachelor party in the Wisconsin Dells!

Menu: Hangover Breakfast Sandwiches
Jalapeño Cheddar Biscuits or English Muffins with over hard egg and cheese and their choice of either bacon, sausage, or chorizo.

I’m looking forward to the next market. Come see me in August in Dyersville!
