Come one, come all!!! Final week of getting Happi off the food truck. We will still be serving Happi Hibachi thru DoorDash daily and at Pete’s Thai Kitchen for the winter until we open a storefront come spring!!! The past 6 years have been nothing short of wonderful. I loved meeting everyone and I couldn’t be more grateful for the people that have stuck by my side throughout this journey. Food truck life is not easy by any means but it is so rewarding. I was so scared when I quit my job to open Happi but it is the best thing that could have happened to me. I am selling the food truck on Monday to a friend of mine and I am so grateful I get to hand the keys over to someone so deserving, and fellow entrepreneurs Sara Weber and alejandro weber who will be opening The Rice is Nice, LLC !! Everyone please go like and follow their page! Happi Hibachi DBQ will be finishing its last few public events this week, and then it is so long to the food truck! Please come out and see me!! 🙂 can’t wait to have a storefront and what it will bring. it will be so nice to have set hours and be open all day, everyday, with delivery, dine in, carry out, and hopefully a drive thru!!!
