Dear friends and valued customers,

It is with mixed emotions that we announce the closure of Knockout Melts and Rock Salad. It's been an amazing ride, and we’ll miss serving you all! We want to thank each and every one of you for your loyalty and support over the years. You’ve made this place something special, and we won’t forget it.

We've got another yummy Salad of the Week for you this week. It's the perfect combination of a grain bowl and a green bowl! Check out our Quinoa Spinach Salad - Quinoa, brown rice, and spinach topped with chicken, tomatoes, chickpeas, and feta cheese. Served with balsamic vinaigrette on the side.
