Based on Hawaiian Style Shave Ice, experience the flavors of The Islands with sweet homemade syrups and fluffy, delicate snow. Our syrups are high fructose corn syrup, dairy, fat and gluten free and we strive to make organic syrups when possible. Our professional staff will ensure your guests will experience the Aloha Spirit with Auntie Viv’s!

Firstly, we would like to thank all of our amazing customers, returning and new, for showing up to support us during our Tuesday/Thursday pop-ups at ACE Hardware and KeyPoint Credit Union. We are so grateful for each and every one of you. 💗

Secondly, thank you to both ACE Hardware and KeyPoint Credit Union in Dublin for partnering with us and allowing us to use their properties to put on these pop-ups. We had a blast!
•
Finally, unfortunately due to low sales, we will no longer be able to continue our Tuesday/Thursday pop-ups this summer. However, we will still be at the RTA Fireworks booth on June 30 and July 2, so if you missed the last few pop-ups, come through to see us there!

Covering the next two weeks with one post!

As you can see, we will no longer be doing the pop-ups on Thursday, but we will be continuing the ACE Hardware pop-up this Tuesday!
•
NEXT week, we will be popping up with Royal Theater Academy near Persimmon Place in Dublin on June 30 and July 2. While they sell fireworks, we’ll help y’all cool off with shave ice! Since we’ll be there on June 30, we will not be at ACE that Tuesday.

Grad night was a JACKPOT!
•
We had the honor of serving shave ice at Saratoga High School’s Grad Night (1am-3:30am), and it could not have been more of a blast. From Hawaii to Las Vegas, they brought the best of both worlds to life!

Without a doubt, the sleep deprivation was totally worth it and we would definitely do it again!
•
