🔥 This week's special is TEXAS BBQ! Slow-smoked brisket, jalapeño pepper jack sausage, creamy potato salad, and baked beans that'll have you scraping the plate clean.

Now, if you're one of those folks who says, "I don't really like BBQ..." ...we'll let it slide this time. 😄

We start with ½ pound of thin-sliced steak, grill it with fresh peppers and onions, pile it onto a soft hoagie roll, and top it with melted provolone cheese. Simple, fresh, and made with quality ingredients because that's the way good food should be.
