Long time no see! I’m Eileen, the baker behind Unique Bites. I started this business at 14 with a passion for creating unique treats and supporting individuals with disabilities in our community.

I’ve grown a lot since then, in the kitchen and in life. I’m now 20 and finishing my second year of college.

I’m so excited to share that something new is coming soon 🍪! Stay tuned for new updates from Unique Bites.

In the meantime, enjoy a few of the goodies I’ve been baking while I’ve been away ❤️
