The Details:
Location: Steak 'n Shake – Sawmill Rd, Dublin, OH
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 / hour (based on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
What We Need From You:
Management Experience: You know how to run a floor, manage a team, and keep operations running smoothly. (Previous restaurant management is a huge plus!)
Open Availability: The hospitality industry never sleeps. We need someone who is flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, nights, and weekends.
Rock-Solid Reliability: Your team needs to know you have their back. Punctuality and dependability are non-negotiable.
A Great Attitude: You bring the energy! You handle rushes with a smile, solve problems on the fly, and keep the team motivated and delivering top-tier customer service.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Leading and coaching the team during your shifts to ensure top-quality food and service.
Managing daily operations, including inventory, shift transitions, and customer satisfaction.
Cultivating a fun, fast, and friendly environment for both our staff and our guests.
