Said goodbye today to “Ruby” the official Chefelle van since 2014. She was a trooper and did me and my team proud as our official vehicle for all our catering events. She will be missed. This was taken the day I got her.

Luncheon for 83rd birthday for client! Guests enjoyed chicken Caesar salad, tortellini salad with fresh tomatoes and basil, baby greens with orange vinaigrette, wild rice salad with apples, roasted summer vegetables over arugula and spinach and to sweeten it up, brownies, lemon bars and graham cracker chewies!

Pretzel bun sliders were in the menu for a graduation celebration along with bruschetta, bacon wrapped dates, pulled bbq beef, Thai chicken skewers, honey sesame shrimp, Caesar salad and linguine with vodka sauce. Guests loved it all!!
